Service Description
Students will learn the tenets of Improvisation through games and exercises meant to help young actors build confidence, courage, creativity, and teach them to trust their instincts. This class explores more advanced games including scene work, monologues, group games and exercises meant to challenge the more experienced actor through varied scenarios. Improv training has been found to be beneficial to all kinds of people, not only actors, because it helps teach kids to stay out of their head, to listen, to be courageous and to respond honestly. At the end of each session we will have a live presentation to showcase our skills for friends and family.
